We have keen interest towards developing our transport system to meet the varied customer needs in this era of globalisation. We are slowly but steadily rising with innovative and tailor-made ideas to fulfil our customers of diverse fields such as chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, engineering industry, electrical industry etc.
Our company has established full fledged branches at almost all parts of India containing sufficient godown facilities and adequate modern communication systems like telephone, fax, internet etc. We are very proud to say that all our branches are fully computerised with a centralised Data base management system in the head office.
HISTORY
Manoj cargo carriers was first established by late shri. P. Ramamurthy in 1994 in Bangalore. He had vast experience of about 40 years in the field of cargo movement before starting the company. Though he started the company as a very small unit with fewer trucks and local delivery vechicles, today we have streched ourselves to the length and breadth of the country with highly networked transport routes and well established godown facilities. Started in a rented place in 1994, today the growth of our company is enormous and exponential with most of our godowns in India are established in our own buildings with well managed storage facilities. We have not grown; instead we can proudly tell the world that “we have evolved”. Today we have a huge cluster of fleet vehicles of all kinds in our disposal which makes us a tough competitor for those players who have an established brand value in this feild.
Regarding our organisation's Human resources are concerned, we have paid a great respect to the work force who have put their sincere efforts towards the growth and development of the organisation. And hence we retain many of our staff who are still with us from day one of the company's journey. We also absorb and train very skilled and efficient human resources to fit the appropriate positions in the organisation.
